the development will consist of: (i) Demolition of an existing c.1088 m2 temporary structure. (11) Demolition of an existing c.2125 m2 Senior School building. (iii) Construction of new 4447 m2 two storey - Senior School building, located on parish owned lands to the north of the Junior School building. (iv) Refurbishment of existing Junior School building and construction of new 2120 m2 two storey extension (replacing existing temporary accommodations). (v) Newly configured access road to the east of the site, off Station Road with new road layout for both schools.
