the development consists of retention of the partly-complete works for the conversion of the upper ground level of "Shanks Mare" Public house from a public house to four apartments for tourist accommodation (rental) purposes (291.46 sq.m.). Retention permission is also being sought for a covered patio (17.52 sq.m.) which has been constructed to the west of the existing building, along with elevational changes to this structure, which was permitted under permission Reg. No. 71/598. The application also includes future works for the completion of the conversion of the upper ground floor of Shanks Mare to living accommodation, comprising of two number two-bedroom apartments and two number one-bedroom apartments, along with the use of these units for tourist rental purposes.
