development comprising of 91 residential units and associated site works and landscaping to same to include 6 no. 2 storey 4 bed semi detached houses, 1 No. 2 storey 5 bed detached house, 28 No. 2 storey 2 bed terraced town house, 38 No. 2 storey 3 bed terraced town houses and 18 No. 2 storey 4 bed terraced town houses. New road access from existing public road and new foul sewer connection to the existing public mains. Revisions from that originally submitted under current reg. ref. number Ta/60064 include revised plans which include revisions to the site boundary to include for access road to houses 1-7, general revisions to overall site layout, the increase in number of residential housing units from 91 to 95, the inclusion of 2/3/4 bed Duplex units over 3-storeys fronting open space to West of site, the inclusion of 2 bed Apartments units over 3-storeys to the northern part of site, the removal of 10 houses in 2 no. Townhouse blocks at northern part of site at present position of escarpment and row of conifers, the removal of 8 houses in 2 no. Townhouse blocks at the North-East part of site adjacent to introduced Apartment blocks, increase in vehicular parking spaces from 112 to 126, the increase in open space provision of site from 10.5% to 19.7% and 2 no. of apartments units will serve as creches on a temporary basis until the granting of permission and construction of current application ref. no. Ta/60334 which is for a purpose built creche. The apartment units will then revert back to residential use. The units concerned are north-east ground floor apartments in Apartment blcok 60-71 and will provide a total nett area of 209sqm with a total nett area of outside play space of 203sqm. Vehicular access and egress remain as per original application and a report relating to on site water provision will also be submitted
