Development Description: the application site forms part of a site granted planning permission in 2017 under ABP Ref. PL.17.247489/P.A. Ref. No. TA/160093 that is currently under construction and known as "Efferknock". The revisions proposed involve amendments to the site layout that will result in the omission of 4 no. dwellings and also change of House Types that will result in the provision of an additional 4 no. dwellings. As such, there will be no change to the overall number of dwellings currently permitted on the site i.e. 379. The development consists of; (i) Permission for retention and completion of revisions to 2 no. House Types Dl.2 .
