the construction of 2 no 3 storey buildings (containing a total of 5 no 2 bedroom duplex apartments over 5 no 1 bedroom ground floor apartments) to the rear of the existing apartment building, constructed under planning permission (reg ref TT20004). The development will also comprise attendant site works and landscaping to include surface car parking and bin storage, both serving the existing and new developments and connection to public services.
