a) upgrading of the chemical storage and dosing facilities including provision of a new lime storage tank, lime dosing building, acid storage tanks and dosing system together with modifications to the inlet mixing chamber. b) New filter automation and control system, the addition of two new filters and some internal modification/refurbishment work on the existing six filters. c) Uprading of the washwater treatment to include two stage settlement system within existing tanks, complete with additional pumps and controls. d) Refurbishment and upgrading of ancillary services to meet revised service requirements. e) Ancillary site works including pipework, upgrading of surface water drainage system, spill tank and screening works
