New road access from existing public road and new foul sewer connection to the existing public mains. Revisions from that originally submitted under current reg. ref. number Ta/60064 include revised plans which include revisions to the site boundary to include for access road to houses 1-7, general revisions to overall site layout, the increase in number of residential housing units from 91 to 95, the inclusion of 2/3/4 bed Duplex units over 3-storeys fronting open space to West of site, the inclusion of 2 bed Apartments units over 3-storeys to the northern part of site, the removal of 10 houses in 2 no. Townhouse blocks at northern part of site at present position of escarpment and row of conifers, the removal of 8 houses in 2 no. Townhouse blocks at the North-East part of site adjacent to introduced Apartment blocks, increase in vehicular parking spaces from 112 to 126, the increase in open space provision of site from 10.5% to 19.7% and 2 no. of apartments units will serve as creches on a temporary basis until the granting of permission and construction of current application ref. no.
