Permission for: (a) The phased construction of 2 no. extensions (totalling 717 sq.m.) to the existing amenity building, which will incorporate new restaurant, seating and back of house areas, the relocation of existing off-licence and result in a total net retail floor area of 308.02 sq.m.; (b) Revisions to existing entrances at both the Athlone Road and Circular Road; (c) Revisions to the internal site layout to include new vehicular and pedestrian movement arrangements and the provision of 131 no. car parking spaces incorporating staff, disabled and new relocated EV parking spaces, 5 no. bus parking spaces and 8 no.
