permission for the construction and operation of a solar PV farm, which will operate as an extension of the consented TDC Community Solar Park (Roscommon County Council Planning Ref. 20/36). Permission for development consisting of : (i) A ten-year planning permission for the construction of a permanent Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility adjacent to the consented TDC Community Solar Park (Pl. Ref. 20/36 & Pl.
