construction of 17 houses. The houses, numbered 20-33, were previously granted planning under planning reference PL 04/1011. The houses numbered 47-49 were previously granted planning under planning reference PL 06/40. These houses include a mix of 3 no detached 4 bedroom, 2 storey houses, 6 no semi-detached 4 bedroom, 2 storey houses and 9 no 4 bedroom, 2 storey detached houses with attached garages. This planning permission also includes for completed site services that were previously granted planning under planning reference PL 04/1011. All of the above works are for the housing estate known as Woodstream
for open area no. 5 to western side of the site has been widened. The 4 no. semi-detached 2 bedroom houses and 10 no. 2 bedroom apartments in the centre of the site along the southern boundary have been replaced with 3 blocks of 5 no. terraced houses. 15 no. terraced houses in total. 2 blocks of these terraced house (10 no. houses) have 2 bedroom and 1 block of these terraced houses have 3 bedrooms ( 5 no. houses). The total number of dwellings in this application has been reduced from 94 units to 85 units (Further Information has been submitted on a revised site layout)
to make alterations to the site layout as previously granted under PL 04/1011, to construct 85 dwellings with all associated site works. The alterations involve replacing 14 no. semi-detached 3-bedroom houses with 6 no. 4-bedroom detached houses each with a detached garage to the rear, thus reducing the total number of dwellings from 85 in the previously granted application to 77 units.
