The MSA & rest area, with a gross floor area of 2,111sq.m. principally comprising: food court (999sq.m) including 2 No. ATM cash machines; petrol filling station (273sq.m) incorporating a service forecourt providing 12 No. fuel pumps for cars & 2 No. fuel pumps for coaches/lorries with overhead canopies, car wash & air & water facilites; fast-food restaurant (513sq.m); services block (207sq.m) including a vehicle servicing facilitiy (133 sq.m) & an emergency attendance centre (74sq.m).
