(1) Demolition of 2 storey annexe to rear of 19, Pearse Street, (2) Construction of new 4 storey retail/commercial building to rear 19 Pearse Street, (3) refurbishment and renovation to ground floor of 19, Pearse Street to include breaking out of openings between Nos. 19 and 20/21, Pearse Street, (4) Construction of boundary walls and gates/railing to rear car park of Friar Street to rear of sie and all ancillary site works.
(a) partial change of use from Retail to Medical Centre and (b) building works consisting of the partial demolition of the existing three-storey extension to the rear, construction of a new three-storey extension to the rear, general internal reconfiguration works that include internal linking of the buildings and remedial works, alterations to the front elevations onto Pearse Street, signage, alterations to existing rear car park and boundary walls, hard and soft landscaping, alterations to site services and all associated works. The proposed works are within the curtilage of a Protected Structure and in an Architectural Conservation Area.
