(a) partial change of use from Retail to Medical Centre and (b) building works consisting of the partial demolition of the existing three-storey extension to the rear, construction of a new three-storey extension to the rear, general internal reconfiguration works that include internal linking of the buildings and remedial works, alterations to the front elevations onto Pearse Street, signage, alterations to existing rear car park and boundary walls, hard and soft landscaping, alterations to site services and all associated works.
