remodelling of existing administration accommodation to the north east of the hospital on the ground floor and the provision of a new single storey 32.8m2 extension to accommodate a new Stat Laboratory. The development is proposed on a site which includes buildings listed as Protected Structures within the site curtilage
the construction of a part two storey, part single storey 50 bed residential community nursing care unit (c. 4510m² total gross floor area) including; a courtyard garden; a production kitchen and laundry; ancillary support accommodation; an enclosed gated service yard incorporating a generator, electrical substation; waste marshalling stores and office area with a screened mechanical and electrical plant area at first floor.
