(3) Construct an extension to the side and rear of the existing nursing home. The main nursing home building will consist of a 40 bed space nursing home when completed. (4) Full planning permission is sought for 10 no. retirement independent living units and ancillary works. (5) Full planning permission for a pumping station and rising main foul pumped sewer from St. Kierans Nursing Home, Lisballyard, Rathcabbin, Roscrea to connect to existing foul sewer at Rathcabbin village. (6) Construct a new entrance and all associated site works at St. Kierans Nursing Home.
