Retention Permission for an unauthorised shelter structure to the rear of the premises and unauthorised changes to front facade and unauthorised existing vehicular access from St. Mary's Avenue and associated works. It is also proposed to permanently mark out all parking spaces incorporated with a landscaping scheme for compliance with condition 23 of Planning Reference number 07/540024
for retention of a sun room with protruding overhanging shelters from that sunroom and all associated works. The sunroom is used as a pre-dinner waiting area. Also permission for change of use of 6 existing residential apartments into 6 short term guest accommodation suites, with a roof garden to the rear on the first floor and with solar panels on the roof of the second floor.
