The development includes the removal of an existing site entrance gate and natural stone wall and proposed new site entrance onto the main road (NRA Ref. no. R494). The development will also include connection of sewage for the site into existing North Tipperary County Council sewer and the connection of water supply for the site to the existing North Tipperary County Council watermain along with ancillary site works.
