The development will also include the widening of the road along the North Quay, drop-off and pick-up areas for both cars and buses, the provision of 16 no. car parking spaces (including 1 no. disabled parking space), sheltered bicycle stands, public realm works to include new paving on Clonmel/Well Road and North Quay, with new entrances, gates and boundary treatments, flood storage compensation area, and all other associated site and development works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the planning authority with the application
