the construction of 2 No. single storey extensions consisting of an access hallway, bathrooms, study, store & rear porch to the rear of the existing thatched cottage. These works will include the demolition of existing kitchen & bathroom extensions. The propose development will also involve some alterations to the existing internal layout of the dwelling & the replacement of an existing mono-pitch metal sheeting roof with a slated pitched roof to part of existing dwelling.
