Garden Centre and . Builders Supply Yard Units 2 - 9. Proposed dev. will be primarily accessed by a left in/left out access road off the Outer Ring Road (road presently under construction). Also an access road off the N25 Cork Road. The development also includes internal access roads and pedestrian access from the N25 and Outer ring road. Development to be served by 936 car park. spaces, site dev. works, landscaping, boundary treatment, bicycle parking ,ESB sub-station, service yards & ass. signage. EIS submitted with application.
