retention of development comprising: - a total of 17 no. outdoor pistol shooting bays, their use for that purpose, & the earthen berms which enclose them (total are: 1.98ha); a total of 5 no. clay pigeon stands & the use of those stands & the adjacent sporting shooting area for clay pigeon shooting & the earthen berms which enclose them (total area: 0.6ha); the earthen berms which enclose the 'compact shotgun shooting area' (authorised by the grant of permission for Pl. Reg. Ref. No. 02/7261); the 2 no. shotgun shooting shelters (total area:273sqm) within the permitted shotgun shooting area; the change of use of a silage pit to an indoor pistol range (total area: 268sqm); a 50m rifle range, including a rifle range shelter (total area 0.10ha) & the continued use of the 'canteen' building as an agricultural storage shed AND planning permission for development which comprises the extension & increase in height of the lower sections of the existing earthen berms to the same height c.6m as the adjoinging earthen berms; modifications to the shooting shelters in the permitted shotgun shooting area to reduce the noise levels emanating therefrom; the opening of a new vehicular entrance onto the R765 c.21m to the west of the existing entrance reducing it to 1.5m for the use of pedestrians/cyclists/horseriders only; the installation of a new biocycle effluent treatment system together with all associated site works
