to demolish (i) existing building consisting of Supermarket and overhead accommodation, (ii) existing warehouse building and (iii) detached residential bungalow, to construct (i) new single storey building over basement consisting of Supermarket etc.
to demolish (i) existing building consisting of Supermarket and overhead accommodation, (ii) existing Warehouse building and (iii) detached residential bungalow, to construct: (i) new two storey building comprising of Supermarket and intake area at ground floor level, Store, Plant Room and Staff Facilities at first floor level, (ii) new car park with ancillary services and feature signs. The existing Supermarket will continue to operate during the construction works and will be demolished when the new supermarket is ready for trading.

(B) Raise existing rear low level roof and to construct new first floor within existing building. (C) Extend the existing to the North and East with revised elevations and signage. (D) Provide on site carparking and associated site works and services.
