Two number 4 hose pumps under a canopy 4500mm high, dispensing unleaded petrol and diesel on each side 2. Two number underground storage tanks, each 40,000Lt, one storing un-leaded petrol one storing diesel. 3. All the assoicated fuel pipework between the pumps and underground tanks, fill points and vents. 4. Concrete and asphalt slab surfacing plus associated drainage. The drainage from the area around the forecourt and delivery points will be discharged into a 10,000lt Class 1 petrol interceptor. 5. Two 900mm x 900mm x 2400mm high electrical cabinets 6. Off set fill points and vents on the South Western boundary. 7. 1800mm high by 9000mm long solid block wall at the back of the vents. 8. Low level 600mm high stone wall along the North West, North East and South East boundary. 1800mm high block wall along the South Western boundary. 9. Advertising signage along the edge of the canopy and a stand alone 600mm high advertising monolith in the Northern corner of the site. 10. Vehicle entrance and exists along the North Western boundary.
