for works to the former APW building in Deerpark Industrial Estate. For the following: (1)proposed external works, these will include the erection of a new water storage and associated pump house to the south-west corner of the site and external plant equipment with fence enclosures to perimeter of the building; (2) proposed intake extension, a double height extension with dock door to the east elevation, with a proposed area of 180sqm; (3) proposed dock door, a new dock door is proposed to be erected to the east elevation with an area of 10sqm (4) proposed compressor room, a two storey extension to the existing front (north) elevation with an area of 192sqm; (5) proposed services and storage areas; a two storey extension to the existing front (north) elevation with services area on ground floor and storage area at first floor with a total area of 666sqm (6) proposed warehouse extension; a double height extension with 2 no. dock doors to the west elevation with a new vehicular access ramp and a proposed area of 174sqm; (7) proposed elevation alterations; blocking up existing dock doors on east elevation and providing new pedestrian doors and steps (8) proposed alterations to include partially enclosed external staircase to east elevation.
