Permission for conversion of garage to store, including toilet extension to utility room, construction of boiler house and construction of lean to tiled roof with velux roof lights generally to ground floor and all for domestic use
Permission for retention of lower ground floor of Block B to provide 2 no apartments within previously approved development (Ref 671/00) this being within the curtilage of a protected structure
