Permission for development for managed student accommodation totalling 5,731 sqm gross floor space on a site measuring 0.1766 hectares. The proposed development comprises of the construction of a five storey block above ground level (i.e. 6 storey in total) with levels 1-4 each measuring 1,287 sqm and level 5 measuring 400 sqm of managed student accommodation and associated facilities modifying/superseding previously permitted apartments under Planning Permission Reg.
