Permission for development on a site which extends to 2.62 ha. The proposed development will consist of the following: (1) Demolition of existing agricultural shed; (2) Construction of 91 no. residential units comprising: (a) 32 no. three-bed semi-detached units and 15 no. three-bed terraced units with the option to convert the attic space for habitable use; (b) 20 no. lower ground floor two-bed apartment units with 20 no. duplex three-bed townhouse units above; and (c) 4 no. three-bed townhouses over ground floor commercial units.
