Permission is sought for the redevelopment of an existing infill and brownfield site to provide for a mixed use development comprising of a Restaurant Bar, 2 no. neighbourhood retail units and 6 no. apartments. The development will consist of: Demolition of 1 no. existing 2 storey detached dwelling, Construction of a Mixed use building over basement, with the overall height of the proposed building ranging from 3 storeys to the east to 4 storeys to the west.
