Permission to retain and complete: 1) 2 storey link corridor to connect 2 No. existing buildings; 2) elevation changes - including the creation of new window and door openings and change in facade treatments; 3) canopy roof structure to the rear of the site; 4) new storage and wash rooms to the rear of the site (total area of rooms 24.5m2) with new mechanical plant over this area; 5) 2 No. underground rain water harvesting tanks to retain storm water; 6) new bin areas and gas cylinder tank area to the front of the site; 7) new car parking layout, kerbing bollards and new planter beds; 8) all associated site development works. In addition, planning permission is sought for change of use for a small section of ground floor (62m2) of the southerly building know as 'Suffolk House' from 'warehouse' (previously granted under Pl. Ref. No. 11/51) to 'bulk retail'
