Permission to develop a laundry facility on Subsite 2. The development consists of single storey building of 6286 m2 with 8.1m eaves with the ground floor occupied by laundry facilities, stores and staff welfare facilities and canteen with a first floor office of 466m2. The building will be clad to a height of 2.2 metres with forticrete block work and the remainder with Kingspan architectural panels with 'optimo' silver panels and double glazed windows. There will be 84 parking spaces on site as well as loading/unloading facilities shielded from the view by mounded landscaping. The site will be surrounded by black galvanised railings over a dwarf wall and will be landscaped on all boundaries (particularly on Rahoon Road boundary in accordance with Reg. Ref. 785/98), together with site works, including 2 site entrances, services connections, attenuation tank and water tank
