Permission for the alterations to previous planning application (Ref. Nos. 439/02, 519/02, 772/02, 364/03 and 05/418). The works will consist of the following: (1) Permission to construct a basement in the Leisure Centre to facilitate swimming pool services, balancing tanks and plant. (2) Permission for a Mechanical Car Stacking System (64 cars) in car park basement area. (3) Retention of revised car parking layout on ground floor level and basement level and revised landscaping layouts. (4) Retention of excavated area to front of existing building.
