(i) the demolition of part of the Community Centre building over ground & first floor; (ii) refurbishment to part of the building over ground & first floor; (iii) the construction of a new extension of 190.0m² at ground floor & 121.0m² at first floor, total new area is 311.0m²; (iv) a new entrance canopy & external fire escape stairway; (v) installation of solar photovoltaic panels & plant area on the new roof; (vi) together with all associated site works including hard & soft landscaping & connections to existing services.
