The previously proposed development consisted of the demolition of existing single storey store and the construction of a new single storey extension to the rear of the existing school building, conprising 3no. resource rooms, 1no. common room, 1no. store and the conversion of an existing external detached boiler room to a new library, art room and ancillary accommodation, with alterations to existing facades locally and related external works including external glazed link and alterations to existing paving and planting area. The revisions thereto are the increase of the overall floor area and building footprint in order to provide enlarged resource rooms, Furthermore the previously granted store room is omitted. The overall development increases by 34.5sqm.
