The proposed amendment applies to 54 no. units to the south of the site. The initial 26 units to the north of the site are to remain as previously permitted. There has been no net increase in units from the previously permitted application. The amendment will consist of 1.) Alterations to the permitted site plan including alterations to the road layout 2.) A revised unit mix. (12 no. 2 bed units, 64 no. 3 bed units & 4 no. 4 bed units ) 3.) The addition of 2 no. distinct house typologies in addition to those previously granted. 4.) Minor modifications to the internal plans and elevations of the previously granted typologies 5.) All ancillary site and landscaping works necessary to complete the development.
