Siteworks include a connection to the main sewer, surface water soakaways, parking, new vehicular entrance gate and piers, hard and soft landscaping, removal of temporary contractor’s carpark and surrounding spoil heaps and surface upgrade of existing road to permanent access road for this proposed headmaster’s house.
