(b) The omission of 13 No. two-storey houses on sites 71-83 approved under planning file Ref. 08/1152 and replaced with 18 No. houses consisting of 8 No. (three bedroom) semi-detached two-storey houses and 10 No. (three bedroom) semi-detached two-storey houses with optional fourth bedroom at second floor level.
