(1) the construction of a new fully permeable all weather 3m wide walkway surrounding the grass surface playing pitches, linking to the clubhouse, including lighting to perimeter edges of walkway, and all associated site works, all lighting facilities associated with the above project are for the purposes of training/walking in the hours of darkness, (2) the construction of an extension to the existing multi-purpose all weather training pitch including new lighting columns and all associated site works and services, all lighting facilities associated with all of the above training pitch are for the purposes of sports training/playing in the hours of darkness, (3) the construction of new 3m wide tarmacadam surface "driving strips" on the existing permeable surface car parking area (parking bays/aprons to remain fully permeable surfaces) together with all associated site and development works. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of (a) the submission of a bat assessment and (b) a revision on the layout of the walkway and alterations to the lighting design
the construction of a new single storey, low profile, multi-purpose, sports pavilion/hall, to rear of existing sports related buildings, together with all associated site and development works
the replacement of the existing septic tank with a new proprietary waste-water treatment plant (Sepcon BAF) and polishing filter coupled with an infiltration bed together with all associated site and development works
the construction of a new detached building incl. a Multi-Sport Hall, changing rooms, toilet facilities and ancillary rooms to rear of existing sports related buildings linked by means of an open canopy, together with all associated site and development works
