for development which will consist of the following:- Revisions and extensions to the previously permitted (FAB 14) Waste Collection Tanks (Planning Reference No. 08/451 dated 29/09/2008 and Planning Reference No. 09/496 dated 18/08/2009 and Planning Reference No. 08/2143 dated 01/04/2009) including the construction of an underground pit sized circa 14 metres by 12 metres and circa 11 metres deep and a single storey weather canopy structure overhead located in the yard area between FAB 14 and FAB 24. This application consists of a variation to a previously permitted development on an activity for which a licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended for the Protection of the Environment Act, 2003) is required and will be notified to the Environmental Protection Agency. The development consists of modifications to an establishment within the meaning of the European Communities (Control of Major Accident Hazards involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2006.
