for a 10-year permission, for the construction and operation of a renewable energy development within a site boundary of c. 114 ha. The proposed development will consist of a development area of circa 71.7 ha including solar on fixed on ground mounted frames with a maximum height of 3 metres, 1 No. battery storage compound, 1 No. customer switchgear container, 1 No. 110kv grid connected single storey substation, 1 No. single storey customer substation and all associated electrical plant, inverter units, electrical transformers, battery units, cooling equipment, underground cabling and ducting, boundary fencing, security entrance gates, CCTV, upgrading of existing access road and new internal access roads and all associated ancillary activities. The proposed development will have a 35-year operational life from the date of commissioning.
