demolition of existing structures including the gatehouse and an ancillary building. The construction of a single storey, licensed, discount foodstore with a gross internal area of 2,192sqm incorporating an off-licence area. Public realm space and pedestrian access to and from Hospital Street. A temporary, single point of vehicular access and egress is proposed to and from Hospital Street. The temporary access would be closed off when vehicular access through the wider Magee Barracks Masterplan lands is available.
