Change of use of Maltings ancillary grain intake building to an Artisan Distillery 1. The adaptation of existing building to include removal of ground floor walls, single storey internal structure, removal and lowering of existing ground slab and associated below ground trough, removal of all external asbestos corrugated cladding, removal of parts of the modern malting lifting gear, cleaning and preservation of existing steel structure and recladding with similar corrugated cladding with new doors and windows at various floor levels to all elevations, new separate internal structure to support artisan distillery over 2 floors with a small mezzanine level. 2. Conversion of former existing single storey detached control room to provide new control room including all necessary remedial repairs with provision of new doors. 3. Provision of waste water treatment plant, associated equipment, single storey boiler house, oil tank and water tanks, all above ground, to the front and rear with new waste connection to main public sewage system on public road via adjoining field to the west of the site. 4. Minor remedial weathering repairs to existing structures to include reinstatement of rain water goods to protect the existing structures. 5. Ancillary landscaping and all associated site works
