(B) Permission for: (1) internal alterations to commercial unit no. 01 to include new staff wc; (2) internal alterations to commercial unit no. 02 to include new stairs and change of use of the first floor from residential to commercial space; (3) Conversion of the first and second floor bedsits into 1 no. 3 bedroom apartment; (4) Replacement of previously installed windows at first floor level to front façade with new timber sash windows to reflect the originals which have been removed; (5) all associated site works.
