10 year permission to develop lands on site of approx 40.8 hectares (100.82 acres.The subject site includes lands to the east and west of the Nurney Roas (R415). The application site is bounded to the north by the M7 Motorway, established etc
Development consisting of change use and all associated site works for building no's 8.1,8.2,8.3 & 7.5(c) and the omission of building no 8.4 and its replacement with 10 no.residential units which formed part of the neighbourhood centre.

The development will consist of: i) permission for the continuation of use of a managed car park (with shuttle bus service) accommodating 345 no. spaces, boundary fencing, lighting, landscaping and all associated site services and site works on a site of c0.9 hectares and permission for the relocation of the bus shelter with associated set down area and sign (all perviously permitted under Reg. Ref. No. 19/78); and ii) retention permission for the relocated vehicular entrance for the car park off the internal access road (from the roundabout on the R415).
