the proposed development will consist of carrying out works within the curtilage of a protected structure at Jones Public House listing reference no. CL14-01 as follows: Retention and completion of modifications and change of use of 2 no. ground floor retail units and first floor offices to ground and first floor bar and retention and completion of new two-storey link building between two-storey Public House and new ground and first floor bar extension at Jones Public House, and the internal and external alterations to the ground and first floor of the development fronting Main Street, Clane and the retention and completion of the following: 1. Single storey lean-to structure to new building at rear. 2. Alteration of south elevation of new building at rear including 1 no. additional double door and alteration to fenestration. 3. Alteration to doors and fenestration on eastern (rear) elevation of new building at rear. 4. Relocation of internal stairs and service lift and modification to internal layout to new building at rear from that as proposed under ref. no. 03/1566. 5. New 2 storey link building at rear and original public house with ground floor projecting lean-to section, including the installation of WC facilities, store room and all ancillary works on first floor and with kitchen and corridor to ground floor. 6. Construction of double timber door to newly constructed lean to structure to rear and construction of timber surround and signage to same. 7. Partial demolition of southern boundary wall and gate and construction of new wrought iron gate and aperture. 8. Construction of concrete stairs to rear yard serving new building to rear and new 2-storey link. Also retention and completion of the following: 9. Fitting of timber door and associated site works in the existing opening in the southern boundary wall. 10.
