Of: (a) Existing building as constructed on site for the purposes of an end of life facility (ELV), car recycling and associated works and activities ancillary to car recycling (refer to items listed in section C below). Retention permission is required for internal layout modifications to ground floor and first floor of previously permitted and approved car recycling depot under planning reference 05/825. A portion of the first floor layout is used as an office area for use as an online sales depot. External door and window arrangements have deviated from the parent permission as a result of internal layout changes.
