(A) planning permission for the change of use for the warehouse previously granted under file ref. 20/657, from commercial warehouse to retail warehouse/showroom, (B) planning permission for the addition of a personnel fire escape door in the side (south west) elevation, (C) planning permission for the removal of a high-level window and the installation of a roller shutter door and personnel door on the side (north east) elevation, (D) retention permission for the additional first floor loft type storage area within the warehouse previously granted under file ref. 20/657 (E) retention of an additional store room and other minor alterations constructed within the warehouse previously constructed under file ref. 20/657 (F) retention of an additional windows and making good cladding on the side (north east) elevation (G) retention of the connecting structure between an existing storage unit and the warehouse previously constructed under file ref.20/657 (H) and all associated site works
