Change of use of part of the existing ground floor of “The Keg” premises from a public house to Community Welfare Office. The works will include the demolition of the existing external staircase and the construction of a two storey replacement stairwell block to the rear of the existing building, the reorganisation of the existing external access steps and associated site works to the basement area at the rear of the existing building, the provision of an external ramp and steps to the rear and side of the existing building, the provision of additional entrances / exits and windows to the rear and side elevations, the provision of a boilerhouse in an existing storeroom and the enclosing of the existing steps to the basement area beside the proposed boiler house at the rear of existing building, installation of new rooflights in the existing roof and the provision of new external signage on the existing building together with all associated site works, internal alterations and demolitions
