The proposed amendments to the granted planning consist of the following: (1) Increase in the overall number of houses on the site to 15 No. x 4 bedroom houses, (an increase of 5 houses). (2) Revised site layout to accommodate additional houses. (3) Reduction in number of house types to 3 No. types (from 5 No. types originally). (4) Revisions to the proposed house type designs.
