was previously granted for the construction of a 15 unit residential development. (Ref 17/162) The said development was to consist of: a) 8 no. apartments in a 4-storey block (2 no. bedroom units per floor) b)Single storey detached bin store, c) Crescent of 7 no.3-storey terraced houses, (4 no.4 bedroom units & 3 no.3 bedroom units) d) Associated landscaped public and communal open space, e) Access road with pedestrian and vehicular entrance onto the Callan Road, f) All associated site services, boundary walls and railings and diversion of existing watermain pipework. Planning permission is now sought for proposed amendments to the permitted design of the 7 no. terraced houses element mentioned above. The proposed amendments comprise; 1) alterations to the internal first and second floor plans of each of the units - reducing the floor area of the second floor, 2) a reduction of the eaves level heights (front and rear) and ridge level height, 3) the introduction of dormer windows to the front roof pitch, 4) other elevational changes, 5) with these amendments the first floor accommodation will provide; living room, bedroom 1 (with ensuite shower/WC), bedroom 2; the second floor accommodation will provide; bedroom 3, bedroom 4, bathroom, low attic storage space
