ten year permission for development of a residential scheme on a site of 12.37 hectares, aprroximately, principally bounded by the Tullaroan Road / Bonnetstown Road to the south; agricultural land to the west; agricultural land and residential dwellings to the north; and agricultural land to the east, in the townlands of Raheenagun and Loughmacask. The development, with a gross floorspace of 23,612 sq m, approximately, will consist of; 112 no two storey residential units (some with one storey garages) (including private open space) (comprising 55 no. five-bed detached houses, 17 no. four-bed detached houses, 28 no. four-bed semi-detached houses and 12 no. three-bed semi-destached houses); and an ESB substation (21 sq m).
